ALTHOUGH the military is not an expert on drug rehabilitation, the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) will open its camps for the rehabilitation of drug users, an official said on Tuesday.
“What the Armed Forces will do is to open all available military facilities or camps that could be used for the said program. But we want to emphasize that the military is not an expert in drug rehabilitation,” Brig. Gen. Restituto Padilla Jr., AFP spokesman, said.
