Aguirre a chronic liar like his boss – De Lima

SENATOR Leila de Lima on Wednesday denied the allegations of Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre linking her and Sen. Antonio Trillanes 4th to the attempt on the life of convicted kidnapper Jaybee Sebastian at the New Bilibid Prison (NBP) last year.

“Aguirre is lying. He is a chronic liar like his boss, and a secretary of justice without balls. What do you expect from a public official who fakes his own hair?” de Lima said.

The senator added that if she was really responsible for Sebastian’s stabbing, it would indicate that the NBP is being run and managed by “idiots who can’t protect high profile inmates staying inside the most guarded spot in Philippine prisons.”

De Lima said Aguirre chose to blame her and Trillanes for the NBP attack instead of investigating those tasked to secure the facility.

The incident in September 2016 resulted in the death of a Chinese drug convict. Three other inmates were injured, including Sebastian, who was scheduled to testify before the House committee on Justice looking into the proliferation of illegal drugs at the national penitentiary.

Aguirre however admitted that there is no evidence to prove that de Lima and Trillanes were behind the alleged attempt to kill Sebastian.

“This is again in line with the propaganda thrust of the Duterte administration to pin all the blame on somebody else except themselves,” de Lima said in a statement.

She noted that Aguirre has authority over the NBP but he refuses to take responsibility for the stabbing of several high profile inmates under his watch.

“Instead, he creates a convenient scapegoat in the person of two senators who were at least several kilometers away from the crime scene,” de Lima pointed out.

At the same time, the senator said she has information that it was her enemies who gave orders to pressure the inmates, including Sebastian, to testify against her and the intent was just to injure the convicts.

Unfortunately, those who executed the plan made a mistake that resulted in the death of one of the convicts identified as Tony Co, she added.

A resolution has been filed asking the Senate committee on justice and human rights to look into the stabbing incident at the NBP but the Senate panel chaired by Sen. Richard Gordon has yet to schedule the hearing.

Trillanes has also denied any involvement in the stabbing incident.

“It is totally absurd. Anyway, Aguirre and his gang better get their stories straight because we will have a full blown Senate inquiry to get the truth out,” he said.

  1. You know this De lima is one hell of a murderer. With her built-in penchant for murder , it is so easy for her to figure out how to carry out a murder without leaving the comfort of her home.
She made use of a very simple password to get the job done. She simply insinuated , and uttered the statement that almost sent Jaybee Sebastian to the land of no return. And this password is , “GOVERNMENT ASSET”.

She channeled the message to the media that Jaybee is a “government asset”. The inmates upon hearing this , lost no time in pounding the hapless and unsuspecting Sebastian—it was a close shave with death , luckily he survived!

If truly Jaybee is an “asset” of the government , then it is paramount that it should not be leaked into the public awareness , more so to the other criminals.
But De Lima had an evil plan to liquidate Sebastian to prevent him from testifying , and so she dispersed the supposedly top secret to the would-be assassins.

This lady senator is not serving the government nor the people—if she indeed is a true government servant , she is not supposed to divulge a close-guarded secret.

Relative to this , I would add another clue on how De Lima masterminded the drug crime , she utilizes another glaring masterpiece—this is the word COMPARTMENTALIZATION.
Yes , she compartmentalized everything in the illegal drug trade , including the drug lords and all the events concomitant with syndicated crimes.
This is the reason why everybody is having a hard time pinning her down.

Satan , the devil is the foremost master of compartmentalization when he employ his double-barrel approach to deception—the wisdom of hiding between good and evil. He is evil but he hides himself under the cloak of goodness.

The lady senator is also adept at utilizing compartmentalized thinking—she reduced sec. Aguirre to a laughingstock by pointing to his “fake hair”.

“Aguirre is lying. He is a chronic liar like his boss, and a secretary of justice without balls. What do you expect from a public official who fakes his own hair?” de Lima said.

This is de Lima’s masterful use of compartmentalized thinking : a fake hair has nothing to do with justice.

    • Aguirre is the idiot who brought the convict into the senate for televised snitching, Aguirre also was the one who was quoted as saying he was counting on Sebastian to spill the beans and he did.

Several pictures and clips on television of Sebastian happily informing on the prison drug trade.

Let’s not forget what a piece of crap this Sebastian really is

Convicted for kidnap-for-ransom and carjacking in 2009.
He is known for running a prison gang inside the NBP and was allegedly involved in the illegal drug trade within the prison.

As leader of the Commando gang, Sebastian was allegedly used by drug lords to eliminate distributors who failed to remit proceeds from drug sales inside and outside NBP.

Seriously ? Sebastian deserves everything he gets

  2. Leopoldo Mayo on

I’m no lawyer and, even if becomes clear as day that she’s guilty as hell, it could really be tough to convict Leila de Lima as a coddler of inmate drug lords and enabler of the drug trade at the Bilibid Prison when she was Secretary of Justice; she’s so wily and calculating and, except for her recklessly obsessive lustlife and overarching hubris, she clears her tracks of every sign of culpability like a professional hitwoman or thief. But if were Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre and she publicly calls me “a despicable lying bastard,” “a chronic liar like his boss, and a Secretary of Justice without balls,” I’m absolutely certain that I can make a charge of oral defamation and libel stick and have her locked up in jail for a good many years. I can imagine that all I’ll have to do is to open my fly in court and show to the world that I have exactly two balls, nothing more and nothing less.

  3. Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre is the idiot who paraded a bunch of convicts into the senate for a televised snitching. After the stabbing Aguirre stated he was counting on Sebastian to spill the beans or in other words (inform on the prison drug trade)

Sebastian should of known that snitching in front of the entire world would not be popular with the other inmates.

Gangs and convicts are funny about stuff like that.

Aguirre is not any more competent than De Lima was when she ran the Justice Dept.
