Rookie coach Alex Compton of the Alaska Aces expressed confidence that his wards can hurdle the challenge of Rain or Shine when they collide today in Game Two of the their best-of-five semifinals series in the 39th Philippine Basketball Association Governor’s Cup at the Araneta Coliseum.

The Aces beat the Elasto Painters 97-93 in Game One on Friday, avenging their resounding 72-123, defeat in the elimination round on June 4. It boosted the Aces’ morale going to the second game of the series today at 6 p.m.
