Alcantara and Singh rallied past unseeded Japanese pair Tomohiro Masabayashi and Yuki Mochizuki, 6-3, 4-6 [11-9] in their title showdown at the Victoria Tennis Center outdoor hard court.
It was the fourth straight doubles title for the Cagayan de Oro City-based Alcantara after sweeping the three-leg Singapore Futures with Dutch partner Sam Verbeek.
The 25-year-old Alcantara, who is a member of the national team, is currently No. 430 in the world’s doubles rankings.
Alcantara will compete in next two legs of the Hong Kong Futures, a tournament sanctioned by the International Tennis Federation.
