Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) will issue billions worth of bonds that will mature on 2020 and 2033.
“[The company’s] public offer of P4-billion bonds due 2020 and P2 billion due 2033 represent the longest tenor for a domestic corporate bond to date,” ALI said in a statement.
