PROPERTY giant Ayala Land, Inc. expects to record 370,000 square meters (sqm) commercial and office spaces opened this year.
In a chat with reporters on Friday, Chief Finance Officer Augusto Bengzon said ALI would have opened about 190,000 sqm of mall spaces this year and about 180,000 sqm of office space.
