AllHome Pampanga expands store on demand

The Villar group’s AllHome brand has expanded its Pampanga store by almost four times its original size amid strong consumer demand in the area.

In a statement, the company said it has expanded its store in San Fernando, Pampanga from its original size of 2,240 square meters to 10,000 square meters to be able to increase its product offerings.

“The expansion was needed to allow us to increase product offerings and have bigger spaces for new categories like Beyond Basic, Quick Fix, AllHome Appliances, and Fashion @ Home,” AllHome said.

It added that it has also “upgraded the home depot shopping experience several notches with a more expansive and varied range of items and services under one spacious and comfortable roof.”

AllHome Pampanga, which is an anchor tenant of the Villar Group’s Vista Mall, was established in August 2013, and was the brand’s first store.

AllHome currently has 11 branches, including its latest store in Vista Place in Quezon City, which was launched late last year.

The brand was established to cater to the home building and improvement needs of professionals, contractors, and homeowners.

Besides the expansion of its Pampanga store, the firm said it also plans to expand its Taguig and San Jose del Monte branch to accommodate more product offerings.

The firm seeks not only to expand its smaller outlets, but also to expand its reach to different areas.

AllHome aims to put up eight more branches this year, with the first one opening by February or March.

Former senator and mass housing mogul Manuel Villar, chairman of AllHome’s parent company, All Value Holdings Corporation, said his group aims to have 20 stores by the end of the year.

He said the company has already identified the locations of the eight upcoming AllHome branches.

“We have already identified the eight. There is already a plan, we just need to implement it,” Villar said.

Among the identified locations are Iloilo, Cagayan de Oro, Bulacan, and Batangas.
