Amaia Scapes Bauan has turned over the community’s newly built basketball court to its residents, fulfilling its commitment to provide facilities for a healthy and active lifestyle.
Perfectly timed to make their summer break even more fun, a free basketball clinic for kids aged six to thirteen years old was likewise held during the Basketball Court Blessing and Turn-Over Event organized by Amaia Scapes.
“We promised to give our homeowners the amenities that would make living in Amaia Bauan enjoyable and comfortable, so we are simply delivering what we promised,” said Julius Baricaua, Project Development Manager for South Projects.”
“Amaia is all about affordable and quality homes, but it was also envisioned as a haven where residents can relax and recharge with our leisure facilities, as well,” Baricaua added, referring to Amaia Scapes Bauan’s village patio that features a pavilion, a swimming pool, and a landscaped garden.
Baricaua also stressed that the new basketball court is Amaia’s way of giving back to its residents. “We believe it will encourage families to go out and engage their ‘neighbors’ in friendly competition, which creates harmony and camaraderie in the community,” he said during the event, which was attended by Amaia’s Coreteam, Mancom, homeowners, and interested buyers.
A patio green that serves as an extension of one’s home likewise offers a piece of the outdoors to residents who appreciate a naturally fresh environment. Such thoughtfully conceived features allow homeowners to have time for leisure without going too far and spending so much.
Built on 9.1 hectares of land, Amaia Scapes Bauan offers prospective homeowners different type of homes that will suit their needs: the Bungalow Pod, Twin Pod, Multi Pod, Single Home, Twin Home, and Carriage Pod.
Located along the Bauan-Batangas Provincial Road, Amaia Scapes Bauan is close to commercial establishments and government offices, which include SM City Batangas, Bauan Public Market, Citi Market, the Batangas Port, and Bauan General Hospital.
Educational institutions like Theresa’s College, University of Batangas, Batangas State University, and other elementary and secondary schools are just around the area, making it an ideal place to raise growing children.
Amaia Scapes projects are wholly managed by the Makati Development Corp. BuildPlus (MDC) and Ayala Property Management Corp (APMC). Twenty-four-hour security, guarded entrances and exits, and a perimeter fence are provided to ensure the safety of residents.
