A 35-year-old ambulance driver from Manila has bagged the P9-million jackpot prize in Mega Lotto 6/45 draw of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO).
The PCSO acting chairman, lawyer Jose Ferdinand Rojas 2nd, on Friday said the lone jackpot prize winner only bet P40.
