OLONGAPO CITY: An American and two others were arrested in Barangay Barretto on Wednesday for selling illegal drugs in a buy-bust.
Senior Insp. Walter Primero, police station 6 commander, identified the suspects as Kevin Ryan, 58, American citizen; Reynaldo Yandoc alias “Boy Kosa,” 52; and Andrade Abilla alias “Sonny Boy,” 39.
