After enticing legions of fans with short and interrupted meet-ups, long dates with many conditions, even surviving a kidnapping incident, AlDub”—the “accidental” yet arguably hottest love team of today —will finally share the spotlight without Lola Nidora’s stern rules.

In fact, she herself announced that the right time, “Ang tamang panahon,” has arrived for Alden Richards and Maine “Yaya Dub” Mendoza, to begin the next step after courtship.

Dubbed AlDub—Sa Tamang Panahon, this special Eat Bulaga “Kalyeserye” event will take place on October 24 at the 55,00-seater Philippine Arena in Bocaue, Bulacan. The date also marks the fourth-month anniversary of the love team since since captivating the nation in July.

Eager to catch the live show, tickets to the big event started selling like pancakes on the very day Wally Bayola’s famous lola character announced the date on Saturday.

Some 30,000 tickets were quickly lapped up with TicketWorld issuing a statement that AlDub has broken their single-day sales history.

Come Monday, just two days after the announcement, AlDub—Sa Tamang Panahon was officially declared “sold-out.”

The live show will start at 10 a.m. while the delayed telecast will air on GMA Network starting at 11:30 a.m.

Besides being a grand fans day—complete with entertaining song and dance numbers—the show also serves greater purpose as 100-percent of the ticket sales will be used to build “Aldub Libraries” communities nationwide.

Indeed, this showbiz event is one for the books—just like the phenomenal history this pair of “accidental lovers” has made on Philippine TV.

At least 20% of ALDUB fans are those rebelling against the current state of this nation.

Kalye Serye is the only way for the people to get real laughter from the misery caused by this Yellow Administration.

    Thanks Aldub!
