Another bribery issue hits Court of Appeals

ANOTHER bribery issue in the Court of Appeals (CA) was floated by an anti-corruption group on Sunday as they called on President Benigno Aquino 3rd and Chief Justice Ma. Lourdes Sereno to order an investigation against a judge whom they are accusing of pocketing millions in exchange for a favorable decision for a businessman involved in housing and port operations.

The Alliance for Walang Corrupt or AliWaCo said it received reports that a CA justice got P20 million in bribe money from the controversial businessman.
