THE anti-graft court Sandiganbayan's Fifth Division issued a hold departure order (HDO) against Sen. Joseph Victor "JV" Ejercito and several others over a graft charge filed against them in connection with the allegedly anomalous purchase of high-powered firearms in 2008, when he was mayor of San Juan.
This means that they have to seek the court's permission first whenever they will go on a trip abroad.
