SAN FERNANDO CITY, Pampanga: The anti-overloading ordinance is gaining ground in the province as the quarry stakeholders here have found the proposed measure feasible and beneficial to Kapampangans. This was gleaned during the first public hearing on Monday attended by representatives from Provincial Mining and Regulatory Board, Provincial Environment and Natural Resources, Kapampangan a Lulugud at Matapat, officials from six towns with quarrying operations, and the Mines and Geosciences Bureau. During the hearing, the quarry operators said the proposed anti-overloading ordinance is feasible to each Kapampangan for it will regulate the hauling and transportation of quarry materials.
