To celebrate the successful two-night Valentine’s concert of the beautiful and talented Gerphil Flores—best remembered as a runner up in the first ever Asia’s Got Talent competition—businessman and Muebles Italiano owner Noel Gonzales hosted an appreciation dinner for everyone who worked hard on the show.
Gonzales’s son, Kris John Paul Gonzales, was one of Gerphil’s featured guests for the production, which was held at The Theater of Solaire Resort and Casino. According to the beaming dad, he and his wife Eileen have long been proud of their young balladeer, who has already performed as front act to big concerts in Manila including the 40th anniversary of Air Supply in 2013, Julio Iglesias in 2012, Humperdick in 2012, and David Osborne 2008.
Besides Kris, also featured in Gerphil’s concert was the Manila Philharmonic Orchestra under the baton of Maestro Rodel Colmenares; singer/composer Jose Mari Chan; tenors Jack Salud and Al Gatmaitan; and the headliner’s fellow Filipino runner up on Asia’s Got Talent, Junior New System.
The two-night show was produced by Mavic del Rosario, and to relieve the beautiful night of music, the Gonzales’ friends and Gerphil’s supporters beautiful dinner.
