President Benigno Aquino 3rd has appointed Andre Palacios as the new executive director of the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Center of the Philippines, Malacañang announced on Tuesday.
Palacios will replace Cossette Canilao, who has resigned, effective March 8, to address pressing family concerns.
