President Benigno Aquino 3rd has appointed lawyer Teofilo Pilando Jr. as the new head of the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), Malacañang said on Thursday.
In a statement, Presidential Communications Secretary Herminio Coloma Jr. said Aquino signed Pilando’s appointment as PRC chairman effective February 29, 2016.
