President Benigno Aquino 3rd on Wednesday said there are sufficient funds available for areas affected by Tuesday's earthquake.
"There are sufficient items, goods, materials for all of those who have evacuated," Aquino said, as he expressed confidence that "everything is under control in Bohol."
