COTABATO CITY, Maguindanao: The Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) has distributed a total of P11.3 million in educational and livelihood assistance to students and cooperatives under the Payapa at Masaganang Pamayanan (Pamana) program of region. Dong Anayatin, PAMANA-ARMM program manager, said 759 college and high school students in Maguindanao and Sulu received educational assistance. It targets to help 3,200 college and 2,073 high school students to include other beneficiaries in other ARMM provinces. Meanwhile, the livelihood assistance composed of 11 units of six-wheeler hauler trucks were given to three cooperatives in Maguindanao and eight cooperatives in Sulu. The assistance, he added, is a continuing activity under the PAMANA-ARMM Project Management Office, implemented by Agriculture and Fisheries Department (DAF-ARMM).
