MILITANT women’s group Gab­riela party-list has sought the immediate arrest of former Vice Mayor Romeo Borja Jr. of Pantabangan for 22 counts of rape.

In an order dated June 6, Judge Loreto Alog Jr. of the Regional Trial Court Branch 38 of San Jose City Nueva Ecija ordered the issuance of a warrant of arrest with no bail recommended for Borja.
