AN Irish man nabbed for possessing two sticks of marijuana in Laoag City was released on a P100,000 bail while standing trial before the local court.
Eana O’Cochlain, 53, posted bail for his temporary release from the Laoag City Jail for allegedly violating Republic Act 9165 or the Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. According to the police, O’Cochlain’s supposed arraignment on July 18 has been postponed since there was no lawyer to represent the defendant.
