FORMER President and incumbent Pampanga Rep. Gloria Macapagal Arroyo left her detention cell at the Veterans Memorial Medical Center in Quezon City around 6 p.m. on Thursday, tasting freedom for the first time in four years.
Arroyo evaded media personnel waiting for her vehicle to get out of the Veterans’ hospital, and was reported to be on her way to the St. Luke’s Medical Center at Bonifacio Global City in Taguig for a check-up.
