The Eastern Mindanao Command on Wednesday announced that its operatives has seized assorted explosive materials during operations in Barangay Poblacion, Nabuntarun town in Compostela Valley.
Confiscated were 275 kilos of ammonium nitrate, 1,132 meters of time fuse, 569 pieces of blasting caps, a drum of cyanide and three kilos of mercury, Capt. Alberto Caber, Eastern Mindanao Command, spokesperson said.
