• ATI REVENUES HIT P4 BILLION

    0

Asian Terminals Inc. (ATI) posted P4 billion in revenues for the first nine months of 2013, which is a 4-percent increase compared to the same period last year. The company said that the higher revenues were attributed to favorable unit rates in international operations at South Harbor, and higher volume of domestic containers, passengers and roll-on, roll-off (RORO) vehicles at the Batangas Port. The port operator said that its income during the period stood at P844 million, which is 31.8 percent lower compared to the same period in 2012, on account of the impact of a change in accounting policy in relation to the fixed concession fees with the port authority. Excluding such change, ATI’s income would have increased to P1.23 billion.
