FORMER mayor and now Rep. Lito Atienza of Buhay Partylist on Monday backed the move of former president and now Manila mayor Joseph Estrada to ban buses in the city.
Atienza, former Manila city chief, said that he is in support of the ordinance made by the former chief executive, saying that the cities within Metro Manila needed traffic management.
