FORMER Manila mayor and Rep. Lito Atienza of Buhay Hayaang Yumabong party-list has volunteered to be Vice President Jejomar Binay’s running mate.
“I am open to the possibility of running for Vice President with Vice President Binay as the Presidential bet,” Atienza told reporters.
