AN Australian submarine surfaced on Philippine waters on Sunday to unload a crew with appendecitis, the Philippine Navy (PN) said on Wednesday. Lt. Commodore Jim Alago, spokesman of the Armed Forces of the Philippines-Central Command (AFP-CENCOM), said PN personnel picked up the Australian sailor off Marabut, Samar and brought him to Tacloban City for initial treatment. The patient was airlifted to Manila the next day. Alagao said the submarine left immediately after the ailing sailor was evacuated.

What does this mean? This is another proof that we can not even protect our territories. Enough of this Philippine sovereignty that this Filipino communist’s and other nationalistic groups are shouting about. Foreign military power are in & out of our country and we do not even know it. We are a third world country that is not capable of defending our own. Our problem is our people have a lot of balls but we really do not have enough guns to back it up.
