Avida Towers Riala on track for Q3 2017 turnover

THE first of what will be a five-tower residential condominium complex in Cebu’s Asiatown IT Park is nearing completion, and on track to meet its estimated third quarter 2017 turnover date.

Avida Towers Riala Tower 1, a project of Ayala Land subsidiary Avida Land, is “approximately 80 percent” complete, according to a company representative. According to PH Property, the sales agent for the property, turnover is estimated in the third quarter of the coming year.
