Ayala Land launches BGC luxury project

THE luxury arm of the Ayala Land Inc. has launched its most expensive development to date in Bonifacio Global City, the West Gallery Place.

In less than two years, an affiliate development, East Gallery Place, has sold P9.3 billion or 84 percent of its inventory, a record that drove Ayala Land Premier to launch a similar project within the vicinity.

The West Gallery Place houses 420 units valued at P11.5 billion, with unit priced at least P13 million. Since its launch last June, it has already sold 48 units valued at P1.6 billion.

The project features a number of specialized units such as the four-level villa and the Skyrise 49, a townhouse-like unit with a ground level pool and a private elevator while the Skyrise 49 is a special unit on the topmost floor with four meter high ceilings in the living and dining rooms, a pool in an expansive outdoor deck.

Leya Moya, ALP Project Development Group head says the new project not only gives the market another opportunity to live in the coveted High Street South Block, it also allows ALP to dominate the BGC high-end market.

“Considering that One Serendra and The Suites are sold out, and East Gallery Place having few units left, the launch of the West Gallery Place allows ALP to continue being the dominant high-end offering in BGC” Moya said.

“ALP is renowned for notable products such as the Roxas Triangle Towers on Cruzada St., Makati and The Suites in One Bonifacio High Street,” ALP Managing Director Jose Juan Jugo said.
