Property developer Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) has started the development of its P65-billion project in Quezon City, which will be the next prime address in the Northern part of the metropolis.

ALI president Antonino Aquino said that the P65-billion project, the Vertis North Commercial Block, is considered the “biggest and most modern development” catering to the northern part of Metro Manila.

“Vertis North is envisioned to be the city center of Quezon City’s Central Business Distric that will nurture, inspire, and encourage enterprise,” he added.

The 29-hectare Vertis North, located just next to the Trinoma Mall, will have 45 towers composed of offices, retail spaces, a hotel and residential buildings, and open spaces which will be developed over a 10-year period.

The Vertis North area, which is located between EDSA, North Avenue and Mindanao Avenue, is roughly half the size of the Makati central business district.

“What Vertis North will look like will be no different from what ALI has developed in the past, like Makati – a large-scale mixed use development that is now the country’s central business district,” Aquino added.

The commercial block will include two high-rise office buildings that will offer an ideal work environment, and a retail development positioned to be the preferred lifestyle mall in Quezon City.

It will also feature Seda Vertis North, a single-tower hotel development envisioned to be the largest Seda hotel with 438 rooms.

Currently rising in the area is Avida Towers Vita, a three-tower residential development that presents Avida’s promise to provide quality living experience.

    Alveo development
Meanwhile, Alveo Land, one of the subsidiaries of ALI, is set to launch very soon the Tower 2 of its first residential project in ALI’s P20-billion mixed-use development Circuit Makati.

Also, Alveo Land is currently gearing up for more projects in and outside Circuit Makati.

Aristides Antonio Gonzales, Alveo Land division manager for project development, said in an interview with reporters that given the strong demand for the tower one of Solstice, Alveo’s landmark address in 21-hectare Ciruit Makati, the company may “soon” launch the Tower 2 of the project.

Gonzales said that Tower 2 of Solstice is sold out by more than 50 percent, which is considered the fastest selling among other existing Alveo projects.

Launched in May this year, the P2.5 billion Solstice Towers is scheduled for turnover in the third quarter of this year.
