President Rodrigo Duterte is surrounded by government troops in Marawi on Friday, on his second visit to the war-torn city. Duterte visited the Joint Special Operation Task Force Trident in Camp Kilala, where he reiterated his pledge to put up a P50-billion trust fund for soldiers. Duterte also lashed out at his predecessor, Benigno Aquino 3rd, for claiming nothing happened in the ongoing drug war, pointing out that it had claimed the lives of uniformed men. MALACAÑANG PHOTO
