BAGUIO CITY: A two-part program will mark the Summer Capital’s celebration of the 71st Fil-Am Friendship Day this Tuesday to include simultaneous wreath-laying at various memorial sites for Americans who were instrumental in the founding and development of the city starting at 8:30 a.m. To be honored are the busts of Maj. Lyman W. Kennon along Kennon; Arch. Daniel H. Burnham at Rose Garden and the Site of the First Philippine Commission at Gov. Pack Road. At 9 a.m., the participants will converge at Justice George A. Malcolm Square for the program with Mayor Mauricio Domogan’s special message.
