BALANGA CITY, Bataan: The Department of Education here announced that the city is ready in terms of infrastructure and teaching force for the opening of senior high school on Monday. Dr. Carolina Violeta, officer-in-charge of the city schools division, said some 41 teachers for senior high school have completed the necessary trainings and orientation for the Grade 11 curriculum at the Bataan National High School (BNHS) and the City of Balanga High School (CoBHS). Assistant schools Supt. Armando Capili said he considered enrollment to senior high school very encouraging since of the 1,000 graduates from high school at BNHS last March, over 1,200 are enrolled for senior high school, while 300 are in CoBHS as of June 8. The enrollees include six Aeta natives, who will be given free board and lodging at the BNHS.
