The company operating among the biggest resorts in the surf capital of Baler has been charged with tax code violations for allegedly failing to report “correct and accurate information” to the Bureau of Internal Revenue for almost two years.
The BIR filed charges of violation of the tax code against Sea and Sierra Vista, Inc. (SASVI), SASVI president Pia Bustamante, treasurer Alexandra Angara and finance officer Lailanie Hernandez before the Department of Justice.
