IBA: Some 1,840 barangays captains and councilors took their oath on Tuesday before Gov. Hermogenes Ebdane Jr. at the provincial capitol.
The induction was supervised by Department of Interior and Local Government Provincial Director Armi Bactad and witnessed by Rep. Jeffrey Khonghun of the first district of Zamables, Vice Gov. Ramon Lacbain and the province’s 13 town mayors.
