BARCELONA: A huge crowd is expected to rally on Sunday in Barcelona against plans by Catalonia’s separatist leaders to declare independence following a banned secession referendum.
The demonstration comes as Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy warned that he won’t rule out suspending Catalonia’s regional autonomy to stop them from declaring independence.
