AN EIGHT-year old boy was killed while four of his siblings were wounded at dawn on Sunday after an improvised explosive device (IED), allegedly lobbed by their neighbor, went off inside their house in a suburban village in Isabela City in Basilan.

Basilan Police Chief, Supt. Oscar Nantes identified the boy as Bobby Jimmy, while wounded were his siblings – Carisma, 3; Juita, 1; Tagay, 4 and Jamar, 15.
