LUCENA CITY, Quezon: Newly installed Quezon Police Director, Senior Supt Rhoderick Armamento led Sunday the launch of a basketball tournament in the town of Pagbilao for the drug surrenderers under the PNP’s Project Double Barrel.
Ten teams composed of 165 former drug personalities from different barangays will be playing in the tournament in the town’s covered court.
