Bataan lawmaker’s biography launched

BALANGA City: A book titled A Man Called Tet was recently launched in the city. The book, authored by Jose Dalisay, describes the life and times of the 74-year-old Enrique “Tet” Garcia, Bataan’s second district representative to Congress. In an interview, Garcia hopes that the 179-page biography will inspire others in public service. Garcia has served Bataan province both as congressman and governor. His leadership reportedly transformed the province into a national model in health, education and business development. He is the oldest of ten siblings and is married to Victoria Sandejas who gave him five children: Anna, Gila, Abet, Joet and Francis.
