Philippine National Police Chief Ronald de la Rosa confronts alleged drug syndicate head Herbert Colangco during a visit to the New Bilibid Prison in Muntinlupa on Wednesday. Colangco was said to have pointed to Peter Co, also an inmate, as the leader of illegal drug operations inside the national penitentiary. 1. I hope he continue to be tough guy. But once he is seen having double standard then he losses his credibility in “a blink of an eye”.

So it’s being reported that Colangco snitched, Colangco will be needing protective custody now since in most jails snitching means his life expectancy will be real short.
