Jay Bayron ended a string of final round setbacks to Tony Lascuña, beating the reigning three-time Order of Merit champion with a strong start for a two-stroke victory on a closing 66 in the P1.5 million ICTSI Summit Point Classic in Lipa, Batangas on Friday.
