THE Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL) does not need to be certified as urgent but because the versions of the Senate and the House of Representatives are “very different,” there is a need to reconcile the two bills, Malacanang said on Tuesday.

“The BBL may not be certified as urgent [anymore,] because first of all, the versions of Congress [House] and the Senate are very different but what is important is the two chambers agreed that they will do all means necessary to reconcile their versions,” said Palace spokesman Harry Roque, Jr. in a press conference in the Mountain Province.
