Be everyday heroes, Aquino extols people

President Benigno Aquino 3rd on Monday called on Filipinos to be everyday heroes by following the examples of the heroes of the past.

In his speech during the celebration of National Heroes’ Day at the Libingan ng mga Bayani, the President said that “heroism begins within us—in identifying and siding with what is right, and shunning what is wrong.”
