With all due respect, conception as the “beginning of life”, while mentioned in the constitution, is a Civil Law concept in family relations as distinguished from “posterity” w/c is a Constitutional Law concept in generational relations where the unborn refers to both the conceived and unconceived. The RH Law attacks the latter and is, therefor, unconstitutional. Contraceptives make conception a physical impossibility and thus deprives the unconceived majority of Filipino posterity of the right to be conceived.
