The camp of Benhur Luy, the prime whistleblower in the pork barrel scam, on Monday said that they can neither confirm nor deny the alleged deleted files in the hard disk drive (HDD) of Luy.
According to Atty. Raji Mendoza, counsel of Luy, his client will address the issues in a court of law in due time.
