Buffalo Wild Wings, the popular restaurant chain from the USA, flies to the Philippines and opens its first store at the Capitol Commons in January 2015, with The Bistro Group at the helm of the local franchise and taking it under its wing.

“We are very excited to be bringing the Buffalo Wild Wings experience to Manila and we look forward to becoming a part of this dynamic community,” announces Tim Murphy, vice president of International for Buffalo Wild Wings.

Everything started in 1982 when Jim Disbrow and Scott Lowery founded Buffalo Wild Wings, shortly after the two friends moved to Ohio from Buffalo, New York. Driven by their craving for New York’s popular bar food, Jim and Scott then opened their own wing joint near The Ohio State University campus.

After three decades, the humble wing joint has grown into an influential brand with over 1,040 locations in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the Philippines.

Buffalo Wild Wings offers the perfect place to watch your favorite game from around the world while enjoying its New York chicken wings and sipping the beer of your choice.

It offers the classic American comfort food but sets itself apart with its award-winning Buffalo wings in 18 signature sauces and seasonings ranging from Sweet BBQ to Blazin’.

There is also a wide-reaching roster of imported, draft and local beer to make sports-viewing more exciting.

There are also burgers, sandwiches and wraps to mention a few, plus a variety of limited-time special offerings to keep things fresh and interesting.

“The forthcoming launch of Buffalo Wild Wings in the country is something that we look forward to with great enthusiasm. This phenomenal and widely-popular brand shares The Bistro Group’s philosophy of connecting people through good food in a fun and engaging environment,” ends Jean Paul Manuud, Bistro president and chief operating officer.
