A bettor from Bulacan province has bagged the P9-million jackpot prize in Lotto 6/42 Draw.
According to Jose Ferdinand Rojas 2nd, Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) general manager, the 6/42 winning ticket was bought from a lotto outlet in Obando, Bulacan.
