A bettor from Parañaque City (Metro Manila) has bagged the P37.9-jackpot prize in the Lotto 6/42 draw of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO).
According to Conrado Zabella, PCSO assistant general manager for Gaming Sector, the winning ticket was bought from a lotto outlet in Sucat, Parañaque City.
