TUGUEGARAO CITY, Cagayan: The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) on Wednesday began monitoring fishing areas where the closed season for catching ludong has been implemented.
Regional BFAR regulatory and quarantine head Arsenio Bañares said personnel and equipment are ready for the implementation of Bureau Administrative Circular (BAC) 247.
