The Bureau of Immigration (BI) officers at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) has arrested a Chinese pretending to be a Filipina. Immigration officer-in-charge Siegfred Mison said that the suspect was identified as Cai Quiye who left the country and attempted to enter Hong Kong using a fake Philippine passport. “This incident should serve as a warning to other foreigners against dealing with syndicates selling fake Philippine passports,” Mison said.
